Last Friday, North Italy’s growers and processors reached an agreement on the price of the raw tomatoes for the 2018 season. This will be set at 79.75 euros (97.73 USD) per tonne, same as last year. Premiums will be applied for the brix between 4.8-5.2 and fore the quality reaching 4-5.7. Tomatoland, Feb 12, 2018
